Our Approach

Can we live without peace?

Peace is a fundamental need to everyone. Peace is not your desires but it your essential needs. Without peace you are living but in fact you are not living but dieing per moment.

Our ways and our approach:

Our way is to bring peace to the world so that everyone can enjoy the comfort of peace and happiness. Peace for all, happiness for all. If you think about it, wish for it, and do your best, I promise you—it can happen.

If we unite and work for peace, achieving tranquillity, it will lead to several positive outcomes, including:

  • Better societies: Peace creates an environment where people can focus on improving their lives and building a better future, fostering care and compassion for one another.

    • Only if individuals become peaceful will the world be peaceful.
    • If we do not work for individual transformation, talking about world peace is just entertainment.
  • Reduced trauma: A world without war would significantly decrease trauma and stress-related disorders.

  • Increased community: A world without clashes and hatred fosters a global sense of unity and community.

  • Improved conflict resolution: Without war, societies can develop better conflict resolution and emotional intelligence skills.

  • Greater trust, cooperation, and inclusiveness: Peace helps societies become more resilient, manage disputes more effectively, and adapt to changes with greater ease.

  • Enhanced creativity and innovation: A peaceful environment promotes creativity and innovation.

    • Your body and mind will work best and find their fullest expression only when you are joyful and peaceful.
  • Improved social and economic development: Peace has a profound impact on development, ensuring friendship, food, and shelter for all.

    • Once the economic engine is what drives our lives, on a planet with limited resources, fighting becomes inevitable; peace is just a dream.

As the saying goes, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Peace starts within. Individuals can contribute to global peace by fostering a sense of calm and happiness in their own lives. Be at peace with yourself, with God, and with others. If everyone adopts this simple way, the world would transform into a beautiful and harmonious place.

Why do we need peace?

Inner peace calms the mind, allowing us to see our path clearly and focus on our goals. Clear goals act as a compass, helping us stay committed and view obstacles as worthy challenges rather than intimidating threats.

  • If we do not keep our minds peaceful, how can the world be peaceful? The conflicts in the world are a manifestation of the human mind.

What does psychology say about peace?

The ideal of peace aligns with the comprehensive implementation of human rights—civil, political, economic, social, and cultural. These ensure the satisfaction of basic human needs, such as a positive sense of identity, control, and security.

  • Peace cannot be enforced from the outside. It is a consequence of how we are within ourselves.
  • Conflict in the world is an outer manifestation of the human mind. In bringing a sense of ease to the human mind, we shall know the power of peace.

Why is peace important for health?

Peace enables good health, and good health fosters peace. Health systems play a crucial role in rebuilding societies fractured by conflict, and strengthening them is essential for recovery and trust-building.

What does peace do to you?

Inner peace is a state of tranquillity where you feel at ease with yourself, others, and the world around you. It makes you less affected by anxiety, worry, and stress.

  • Life is not about peace, but if you do not know peace, you will never know life.
  • Peace is the core of existence. We cannot create it. If hyper-intervention is avoided, peace shall prevail.

How does peace affect mental health?

Mental peace brings emotional, psychological, and social well-being into harmony. This balance allows us to function effectively in daily life, handle stress with resilience, and maintain healthy relationships.

On peace and mental health:

“If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the present.”

  • Peace is not the highest goal in life. It is the most fundamental requirement.
